SWEET SOLITUDE
There is a kind of solitude that does not feel like an emptiness.
A sweet, chosen solitude that allows us to step away from the noise to finally hear what is happening within us.
Being alone is sometimes simply about resting, recharging, breathing… and refocusing on what is essential.
Far from the expectations, judgments, and distractions of the crowd, we rediscover our own rhythm. We learn to move forward without constantly needing to be approved, understood, or validated by others.
The solitary person is not one who flees the world. It is one who no longer needs to lose themselves in it to exist.
They no longer waste their energy trying to please. They choose their path, listen to their inner voice, and move forward according to what truly resonates within them.
Because sometimes, distancing yourself from others allows you to get closer to yourself.
“My solitude does not lose me, my solitude is a shelter.”
Marie-Claire Blais
Give yourself permission to isolate yourself a little. Not to escape life, but to better rediscover it.
